For more than 30 years, I have worked as an administrative professional. Since 1996 I have been working out of my own home office (yep, that’s more than 20 years!), working ‘virtually’ supporting business coaches and small business owners with Internet marketing and administrative tasks.

My work experience has spanned various industries over the years – business coaching, marketing, hospitality, publishing, non-profit, sports, communications & media, transportation, public service, accounting and consulting.

My diverse employment background, in addition to continuing education in administrative, financial, and internet marketing areas, helps me expand the skills and knowledge that I bring to my clients.

In 2010, I began teaching other women to build their own Virtual Assistant businesses. I train and coach new and experienced VAs at Your VA Mentor.

In 2016, I purchased the Canadian Association of Virtual Assistants (CAVA) and expanded my audience of people that want to run successful VA businesses. Through the association, I can also help business owners find the right support they need for their business.

I am a speaker, author, trainer, coach and advocate of the Virtual Assistant industry. It is my firm belief that anyone who wants to build the business they need to support the lifestyle they want should be able to do, with the right tools and resources. I provide those tools and resources to Virtual Assistants worldwide.
